At the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.
I took these on my phone during an impromptu visit to the garden, these are some of the better ones that I managed to get. My phone’s camera isn’t the best but they came out pretty good none the less and they have an interesting effect. The bonsai tree is my favorite because it literally looked like a mini forest.
Some shots of Central Park from last year. It was during the cusp of the ending of summer and the beginning fall where it was still pretty warm, not quite sweater weather yet, but you can see hints of fall coming through with the leaves just starting to turn.
Brooklyn Bridge
We walked across the bridge yesterday on Mother’s Day. The weather was perfect, it wasn’t too hot and there was a nice breeze to keep you cool after all that walking.
Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful mother’s out there. I made my mom this vanilla cake that’s ombré on the inside with her favorite color pink.
